My name is Patrick McGowan.

I will not bore you with the same old drivel that you may see on other photography websites.

I find it mundane to proclaim my love of photography as a way to explain that I am a photographer.

I offer Listing Photography, Drone Services, and Floor Plans.

I have lived in Southport and the surrounding area since 1996.

I started Light Record in 2006.

I began photographing homes in the area in 2014.

Along with houses, I am available to photograph your business, products, and services.  I have also been known to cover special events.
